This notice explains what personal data we receive through this website and what we do with it. This is a simple company website. It has no account system, no store, and no product, and it collects nothing automatically beyond what is described below.

This website is operated by Beyond Software Development Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 17155233, trading as Actum. What we collect

We only collect personal data when you choose to send it to us.

• Email. When you write to hello@actum.capital, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever is in your message.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. These logs are kept for a short time and are not used to profile you.

How we use it

• To reply to you, and where it fits, to talk about working together.
• To keep the website available, fast, and secure.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it except with the providers that host our website and email, who process it for us under contract.

Legal basis

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and running our business, and on your consent where you have chosen to contact us.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, then delete them in line with our retention practices. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Subject to the law, you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and object to how we use it. To do any of that, write to hello@actum.capital. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we make a material change to this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
